I have been in search for such a thing too, and I think an open source =
component like this doesn't exist. But there are a couple of free libs =
available:

It has a license here http://www.chilkatsoft.com/license.asp that says =
it's free software. It's not GPL and you can pay for it too to get =
support.
Another one I've found is this one:

It doesn't include a license and the home page in the readme file =
doesn't exist, but I found an article refering to it as freeware:
