These were not requests for changes, they are changes I have already
made and use in my own xmail deployment.  But obviously, feel free.

Sorry, I was informed that this list wasn't available archived anywhere.
My mistake, apparently.  But how Microsoft does something isn't really
the test that should be applied... to anything whatsoever...  <g>.
