My setup: I am using dyndns.org to set my IP address (cable modem) to my registered domain name: enersave.ca. I am hoping to use xmail as my smtp server and pop server. I managed to get xmail to send some emails via the local host name: "crj2000". I set my router to use the local host as smtp and pop3 servers.
I cannot send emails to users #enersave.ca. I have only edited two files: server.tab: "RootDomain" "enersave.ca" "SmtpServerDomain" "enersave.ca" "POP3Domain" "enersave.ca" "HeloDomain" "enersave.ca" "PostMaster" "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" "ErrorsAdmin" "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and mailusers.tab: "enersave.ca" "cj" "061753575651525d5c" 2 "cj" "U" When I try to send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] I get: SMTP server (crj2000) said: 452 Mailbox full <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. I setup a new account in my email client: [EMAIL PROTECTED] I sent an email from a remote server to [EMAIL PROTECTED] The server reported that the email was successfully send. When I tried to check the mail with the email client I get the following error: the POP server ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) said" ERR Bad login. I am grateful for any help you can give me. Chris Jones, P.
