Jmail 3 Personal Edition has the functionality that you want and it is
used in Xmail WAI from www.altair2000.net. Might want to check with
Michal Valasek he could probably lead you in the right direction. Also I
hear he is making one in ASP.NET yet I don't know anything else about it
yet.
