Just setup xmail with an empty smtprelay.tab file (closes open relay)
and then create custom domain files for each of your domains and put in
them   "smtprelay"<tab>"ip_of_server_for_domain"
xmail will only accept for relay the domains listed in custdomain and
domains.tab when the smtprelay.tab file is empty.
