Just setup xmail with an empty smtprelay.tab file (closes open relay) and then create custom domain files for each of your domains and put in them "smtprelay"<tab>"ip_of_server_for_domain" xmail will only accept for relay the domains listed in custdomain and domains.tab when the smtprelay.tab file is empty.
