xmailuser is aliased to root and postmaster, so if a delivery error occurs
xmailuser receive those mails. The first thing to do is changing your
domains.tab to say:

"xmailserver.test"
"kostplanen.dk"
"compudesign.dk"

I mean, putting the full domain name.
Based in my 2 days experiencie with XMail, I can recommend you to do a
fresh install of the server and configure it via the configuration protocol
(did you read that part of the docs?). In that way you telnet the server to
a specific port (you can start the server with XMail -Cp 5555 to use port
5555) and issue command to create/delete domains/users. In this way the
server itself creates/updates any neccesary configuration file/directory.
Before configuring the server that way you should add a user to the file
ctrlaccounts.tab.
For example to use user "admin" with password "testing" you add a line
saying:
    admin 110016110c0b02

Another way to save a lot of time is deleting the server, recompiling it
again and using an administration software to configure it. In the
xmailserver.org page there are a lot of links to this kind of software. I've
tested XMail Administrator 0.23 and it work fine.
Let me know if you succeed,
    Luck,

Leonardo
