Thanks for all your helps. (And to all others responding) The problem is
resolved it was because of domain defined on multiple dns servers. (An
issue with the service provider).

Run XMail in debug mode ( --debug -Md ... ) and try to send a message to
your domain to see if you'll get any activity.
