Gzip the /var/MailRoot directory and FTP it onto the other machine

Dont worry about that, i've done that before... I think.. but then again I
thought I started doing remote backups AFTER the server crashed last time.
Either way I remember transfering XMail and the entire maildir with all the
settings.

My point is, what do I have to do so tomorrow I change the DNS and then tell
the old server to forward everything to the temporary server?
