Hi Warren,

        Well for the moment let's assume that the server name is really a 
problem, try to use localhost as server name ( this HAS to resolve or 
you have really bad problems) and add an account.
        Depending of the result with localhost we can branch trying to see 
what's wrong with your server name or if there ia a problem with the 
coomand.
