Not that it's going to solve your problem, but the smtp.ipmap.tab you have below will prevent anyone or any server outside of the local LAN from sending mail to your xmail server. Normally you should have "0.0.0.0"<tab>"0.0.0.0"<tab>"ALLOW"<tab>"1" in smtp.ipmap.tab.
