>So you are trying to send mail for xcien.com to the server that handles multicomp.com.mx? If you have secured your server it will not allow relaying unless you authenticate when you send the mail to multicomp.com.mx. The only domains that need to be in custdomains or domains.tab are the destination domains.
You can modify smtprelay.tab without restarting the server, only indexed files have to be modified through the ctrl protocol or stop the server, modify, clear tabindex and restart.
