Let me clarify that "eventually" the feature would be cimpletely optional
with default disabled (obviously). About your RCPT_TO stuff, no if a user
does not exist on the server you definitely want to stop it soon instead
of wasting bandwidth for receiving the message plus bandwidth to send him
a failure notification.
