filter.out in local doesn't work because filter.in works, and if both works
in local, the task gets duplicated.

I'ts just a matter of avoiding that

Haven't used filters, but from what I recall Davide saying "in" filters
are for messages that will be delivered into the xmail server and "out"
filters are for messages that will be delivered outside of xmail.
