Depending on how complex your system is.....yes it is possible to write 
an interface to do this - I currently have a Perl Script for administering 
the Xmail passwords...and am in the process of combining it with an 
IMAP password via a web interface, so I guess depending what type of 
system you have, it's just a matter of putting together the modules.

If you fancy a go at writing the script in Perl, then let me know a little 
more about what you are doing, and I may be able to assist. You can 
also have my perl script for working with Xmail passwords if that is any 
use?
