There's a reason in that. The spool file message has an header that the
filter must have 0.0 knowledge about. For the filter anything before
<<MAIL-DATA>> must be exactly preseved *as is*. Any attempt to twiddle
with the header will result in compatibility loss in future XMail
versions.

Create another message (spool/local) and return a drop error code for the
