I had that exact same problem using SA and reported it on the SA mail list was told I was nuts that SA didnt have that problem.. I agree with Davide that is whats going on, Finally without a resolution or any help from the SA mail list I removed it.
Between the custom maps features in XMail and the use of CHECK MAILER DOMAIN ,RDNS CHECK, SMTP.IPPROP.TAB we have knocked down spam into our system by 90%.
