hi! i am running a xmail 1.11 (on windows2000 server) server but i am new with xmail, because some guys before installed the server. for this server i would need a stats script. i already tried xmailstats and atm everything is working fine but there are things that need to be done and therefore i would have some questions. smtp logs example: "" "xxx.xx" "xx.xxx.xxx.xxx" "2003-07-03 01:04:24" "xx.xxx.xxx.xxx" "xxx.xx" " <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> [EMAIL PROTECTED]" " <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> [EMAIL PROTECTED]" "S4C58F" "RCPT=OK" "" "0" "" "xxx.xx" "xx.xxx.xxx.xxx" "2003-07-03 01:04:27" "xx.xxx.xxx.xxx" "xxx.xx" " <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> [EMAIL PROTECTED]" " <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> [EMAIL PROTECTED]" "S4C58F" "RECV=OK" "" "4964" i don't understand the logfile itself. at the end of the line its the size of the mail right? so how can a mail have a size of 0? is xmail just counting KB or B? i mean...woo hoo 4 MB mail ;-). could anybody tell me whats happening in logs? is there a possibility to configure logfiles within xmail? another question is concerning the script. maybe someone has had the same problem and has made the script doing what he needed. erm...the script is counting the outgoing mails per domain, but not counting the size of these mails. its just counting the whole size of all mails sent by all domains. i would need this per domain. anybody know how? (used script: xmailstats v1.6) i am sorry if i am at the wrong place with my questions, but i am really new to xmail and this mailinglist. regards christian
