My time zone is UTC+10 and daylight time occurs here between Last Sunday March to Last Sunday October (different to Northern Hemisphere). Ever since I swapped over to 1.15 my logs are rotating at 23:00. Daylight time is NOT active at the moment. So perhaps the change log --> "Fixed the wrong log file name generation when the daylight time is active." has fixed on one system by broken another.
