Have a look at the readme, "CMD aliases" section. I think this is what you need. Providing the TO user does not exist, then a file datafax.tab in $MAIL_ROOT/cmdaliases/company.com will be executed.

If the message is MIME encoded, you could use mpack/munpack for dos (ftp.andrew.cmu.edu:pub/mpack/) to decrypt it rather than leaving it as an ..eml or .msg Then copy the final file to your \share and clean up.
