In order to determine how long one user haven't used his mailbox,
I check the file '.ipconn' under %MAIL_ROOT/domains/domain/user/.
I hope that xmail will record ip + ( last access time) in ".ipconn".
Now in windows, I use FindFirstFile() to get its last access time,
but unfortunately, FindFirstFile() seems return error result in some time.
And the admin protocol "userstat" also cannot return the last access
time.
But I think the information about last access time is useful.
