Is there anyway to make a filter wait for an external command to complete before going ahead to the end of the script? Like an AV program scanning a message to complete before the script returns the wrong exit code from the command because it did not complete fast enough.
I know this used to be an issue with mailproc.tab Seems as though this is happening to my av script. It detects that the message is a virus but still sends the message and a notice to the user that the message is infected, when it is supposed to just send the notice and return 4 to Xmail to discard the infected message but for some reason if there is alot of activity xmail goes ahead of the script and sends the message anyway and the script sends the notice email that the message is infected. --- avast!
