Probably the most notable change is that Paul Sindelar has taken over the
majority of maintenance on Xmail Administrator for now. New personal
responsibilities (hint; it uses a bottle and doesn't let you sleep) have
distracted me from adding or responding to the now mounding feature
requests... hopefully Paul will be better at it than I.
