Most likely.

Which version of XMail are you using? If it's 1.16 or higher, try 
whitelisting your local addresses (this will bypass RDNS and DNSBL checks 
for those addresses.

To whitelist an address, add it to smtp.ipprop.tab:

"192.168.0.1/28'        "WhiteList=1"
