Are you running XMail as non-root?
Which kind of load are you putting on XMail?
You can in theory hit that if you are creating a huge number of 
connections inside a TIME_WAIT period of time. I've never seen this in 
real life scenarios, but I experience it during XMail perf tests. But we 
are talking of 140000 msg/hour.
