    Well I found something else that solved my problem quick, easy and 
not dirty at all, I mention here maybe there are some other people with 
the same problem:

    JFettch - http://www.execve.net/jfetch/

    The only downside is that is written in Java so I had to grab the 
JRE rpm from Sun, but this also means that will run on windoze also, 
just like a Perl script ;).
