The "Transport Provider" message is - perhaps only coincidentally - used = by Outlook. If these senders are using Outlook, it is stating that the = "mail type" for the recipient is not a supported type. (Address book entries normally are normally of type "SMTP"). Given that the problem occurs = only on multi-address messages, could it be that the user is not actually providing separate email addresses, but is instead giving one long email address because they aren't using the correct address separator = character? If, for example, they are using commas and don't have "allow commas as address separators enabled, Outlook doesn't see the text as multiple addresses. (That option is in Tools/Options/Preferences tab/Email Options/Advanced
