xmail has no specific web interface, it does have a control protocol 
that can be used by various applications (web or other).  You can find a 
plethora of different interfaces (webmail and administration) by looking 
through the links at www.xmailserver.org.  Some of them are ASP, some 
PHP, etc.  Use whatever is appropriate for your setup.

I've been using phpxmail (https://sourceforge.net/projects/phpxmail) for 
administration, it seems to work well for me.
