MHO is what you're missing is the ISPs who make money out of
people filling our mailboxes with vomit.

Another kind of ISP is the ones who don't give a rats' *ss about it.

At least that's the story down here.

Eventhough a couple of them do have ethics and the adequate
collection of know-how, hardware and software to stop that
before it reaches us.
