Probably the easiest way is to define the mailbox you want undeliverables 
to go to, then establish a "*" alias pointing to that mailbox. That will 
cause all mail not addressed to a valid user to go to the mailbox you 
established.

I'd have to go digging in the documentation... For some reason the 
"RemoveSpoolErrors" flag in server.tab is coming to mind, but I haven't 
gone to look.

To the best of my knowledge, you can't add users to a custom domain. You 
would have to establish the domain on the secondary as an actual domain to 
be able to add users to it.
