It appears to be just that.  A quick google groups search on the Message-ID
shows others receiving the same junk.  I also received another message like
this from my backup MX server, same thing.  SA this morning marked a similar
message as spam.  I don't think there's a problem here.

Davide,  just curious why you brought up binmode(), are you suggesting we
use that?  Are there any reasons we should?
