This is not much of a problem.

You need to have an "ErrorsAdmin" configured in server.tab. And I'm 
using the translation by the question mark.
Look at the example at http://www.xmailserver.org/Readme.html#pop3links.tab
starting with "?home.bogus.com,felins.net,pets.org"

This in fact it loads all existing mail from one account and delivers 
them locally to individual mail boxes.

This is working perfectly and it's one of the reasons why I like xmail most!
