Yes you can whitelist a certain ip address but I don't think that you can whitelist one single email address. It will have to go by the IP address of the email server getting blocked. You will have to put this in the smtp.ipprop.tab file ex. "206.211.112.214/32" "WhiteList=1"
or you can also do an entire block "206.211.112.0/24" "WhiteList=1" The spaces are tabs.
