I use 'attach.pl' found at:

#!/usr/bin/perl
# Script by Igor Reno (MayVortex: [EMAIL PROTECTED])
# http://members.lycos.co.uk/xmailforum/ -> Script's For Xmail

to block all sorts of attachements.
