Hi people,
Now that I'm back, I want to add this functionality on a mail system
based ( you guessed ;) on Xmailserver running on Linux.
All I need are some pointers ( not that I mind full working solutions ;)
and ideeas about how to implement that, some highlits:
- On autoresponder system:
What is the best: mailproc.tab or filter.
There is some smart solution for detecting mailing lists to not
spray them with vacation messages on each mail received.
Some loop detecting algorithm, any other ideeas ???
- On overquota warn system:
Is ok to inject a message with a special file name ( to not
inject again on the next scan the same message) in the user ./new
directory, how could this file be named so it will ABSOLUTELY not clash
with some other message file ???
What is the best method to gather quota/mailbox size either then
ctrl-protocol, ideeas ??
