Yes, one message to the mailing list is multiplicated into several messages that are all being delivered.
No change of mailing list users for a long time. [EMAIL PROTECTED] appears only once in the mailing list. This doesn't happen very often, it seems to me like it happens when some special kind of "temporary delivery error" appears. Something like message is duplicated in this situation.
