Slightly off topic but... Davide,
This thread actually gives me a thought (even though I know how much as you hate wish-lists). Right now the wait-time between POP3 Syncs is uniform across all accounts, however most of the time this isn't necessary. Some accounts that are used more need the sync every few minutes, while others can probably get away with being once every few hours. I would like to propose a change that would specify the sync-time for each individual POP3 link as another parameter to it or as a mailbox variable so that the sync-time is based per-user. I know this may increase the complication for a schedule, but it could also lower the amount of traffic and resources necessary if a lot of mailboxes are using this feature. Anyway, just a thought. -Mike ----- Original Message ----- From: "Eric Garnice" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Tuesday, July 13, 2004 6:31 AM Subject: [xmail] Re: pop3 synchronize period > -Yi > > http://xmailserver.org/Readme.html#command_line > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Kaan Ertrk" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: "XMail Mail List" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Sent: Tuesday, July 13, 2004 9:26 AM > Subject: [xmail] pop3 synchronize period > > > > what is the period of (external) pop3 synchronize? and how can I change > this? > > > > > > > > __________________________________ > > Do you Yahoo!? > > New and Improved Yahoo!
