Jeff, Dnsreport.com reports that you do not have a reverse dns pointer for MX records, as well. I doubt it's a firewall issue since dnsreport.com seems to be loading the DNS records and pointers just fine. As an aside, it also looks like you have some RFC tweaking to do on your DNS records.
