Goesta,

Thanks :) Let me see if I can help you out a bit:

Make sure the DLLs that come with the application are registered (not just
in the same directory) for the application to work. Past that, the
application requires several Microsoft components that are typically not
part of Windows (most of them also require registration). There is a full
list at the bottom of the FAQ with the necessary files and components for
the application to run. If you need any of the files listed let me know.
As for the IPDK, I'm not sure why it came up since the application isn't
dependant on it.

To answer your Mono question, the application is written in VB 6.0, not
VB.Net. VB.Net will run with Mono however VB 6.0 will not. After I've had
a long break, I may spend some of my sleepless nights trying to rework the
application to .NET and GTK# so that it will run with Mono, but I will be
truthful in saying that I have a lot of stuff that comes before it. The
application would require an almost complete rewrite to work with .NET and
the thought of translating 32,000+ lines of code isn't an altogether happy
one.

If you need any more info, I'd be happy to help - I would love to see it
working easily under Wine by the time I hit final.

-Mike
