I'm interested too for external smtp auth for clients on login, plain =
and
cram-md5 auth on a domain basis like pop3 ...
Example in mind, for kerberos auth or radius auth for customers hosting =
they
own users lists and passwords ..

I'm sure you will find the best solution...
