Since this subject has come up again, and I'm also looking for a 
solution, I have one question for all who are suggesting :-)

Is there a webmail solution out there that can handle creating mail 
folders, but doesn't require IMAP for that feature? I don't care if it 
has a database requirement to implement the feature. I just don't want 
to deal with setting up IMAP.
