Nope, the day DST changes two log files are created: one, correctly named, holds entries until 2am (DST starts) or 3am (DST ends); after 01.59.59 am a new file is created, incorrectly named, that holds entries for the rest of the day (from the next day on, as I've said, log file names are correct again).
