RBL comes before authentication, although as per the readme, you can set the
blacklists to wait for authentication by setting the value to "0" instead of
"1"

server.tab Example:

"CustMapsList" [TAB] "list.dsbl.org.:0"

----- FROM MANUAL -----

Where maps-root is the root for the dns query (ie. dialups.mail-abuse.org.)
and the code can be:

"1"
the connection is drooped soon

"0''
the connection is kept alive but only authenticated users can send mail

"-S"
the peer can send messages but a delay of S seconds is introduced between
commands
