Hi,
if you are forwarding to [EMAIL PROTECTED] you have to create the 
file:
XMAIL_ROOT/userauth/smtp/internal.xy.com.tab
and in this file you need a line:
"plain"[TAB]"[EMAIL PROTECTED]"[TAB]"yourpassword"
if authentication type is plain.
