So, when you receive mail some email is lost - the logs say that mail came in correctly but it is not in the Domains -> MailDir -> new folder and when you send email some mail is lost - the logs say that it was sent correctly, but it never arrives at the recipient email account - and this happens ONLY with mail groups that you are aware of? Is that the gist of it?
