I don't think it has something to do with the tcp limit. His problem is
too many threads, not too few. :]

The new windoze tcp limit is only for outgoing connections, though. So
it does not matter in this case.

If it happens again netstat can show the ESTABLISHED tcp connections to
[your_machine]:25, that's the interesting information what we need to
get behind your problem.

I can't see any standard SMTP thread limit in XMail, Davide? :]
