If the receipient (RCPT_TO) is local, it does not matter whether MAIL_FROM
is local or not.

smtprelay.tab and smtp-auth aren't used here to, because it's NO relaying.

If you really want to provide such a "feature", you'll have to write your
own SMTP filter. But I guess you can fight more Virii/Spam with Blacklists
and SpamAssassins ...
