Add in to the steps to delete the files in the tabindex directory while
the servers are stopped. xmail will then rebuild the files from the new
mailusers and aliases files when you restart the servers.

Also be aware that once you have a custom domain on server 1 it will
accept any mail for that domain. When it tries to relay it to server 2
some with invalid addresses might get rejected and then server 1 will
try and send a message back to the sender, valid or not, for a few days.
