Not sure, as I didn't read the sources, but no way to put comments, doc don't say nothing about them.
What I do now is working only on a copy as source file with comments (#) and before overwriting glst.conf file, delete any lines beginning with '#' .... (a macro can do the job) I think adding 'skip lines beginning with #' can be simple to implement in the current code. I will do a try ASAP.
