Yes you can, but you will have just the global thread count per process, no more.
Process Viewer will give you more info per thread in a given process (cpu usage, priority) but you will not be able to see if one is for pop3 or smtp on xmail. AFAIK the only tools that can give full processes and threads infos on win32 are debugging tools (especialy when using the compiled 'debug' version of xmail).
