It is the finger service, if I cancel the -FI option it starts fine.

But I still doesn't get the smtp service to use the 195.xxx.xxx.39 i
configured in outbind option.
this is the log on the recipient server:
 0.000000 195.xxx.xxx.35 -> 195.xxx.xxx..38 TCP 58602 > 25 [SYN] Seq=0 Ack=0
Win=5
840 Len=0 MSS=1460 TSV=2833146580 TSER=0 WS=2
  0.000140 195.xxx.xxx.38 -> 195.xxx.xxx.35 TCP 25 > 58602 [SYN, ACK] Seq=0
Ack=1
Win=5792 Len=0 MSS=1460 TSV=3164378152 TSER=2833146580 WS=2
  0.000217 195.xxx.xxx.35 -> 195.xxx.xxx.38 TCP 58602 > 25 [ACK] Seq=1 Ack=1
Win=5
840 Len=0 TSV=2833146580 TSER=3164378152
  0.000579 195.xxx.xxx.38 -> 195.xxx.xxx.35 SMTP Response: 220
<1169244227.3051140

where 195.xxx.xxx.38 is my recipient mail server and 195.xxx.xxx.35 should
have been 195.xxx.xxx.39

this is my server.tab final part:
"SmtpConfig"    "OutBind=195.60.190.39"
#"SmtpConfig-192_168_0_1"       "mail-auth"
"DefaultSmtpPerms"      "MRVZ"
"SMTP-TLS"      "0"
"EnableSMTP-TLS"        "0"
"EnablePOP3-TLS"        "0"
"EnableCTRL-TLS"        "0"

 and this is my actual command line:
-Mr 24 -Pt 60 -Pl -PI 195.xxx.xxx.39 -PX 100 -St 60 -Sl -SI
195.xxx.xxx.39 -SX 100 -Sr 60\
 -Se 360 -Qn 300 -Ql -Qg -Fl -Ct 300 -Cl -CI 195.60.190.39 -CX 10
